Media enquiries

If you are a journalist

Workload permitting, Neil is happy to offer comments on legal issues relating to the Internet, telecoms, and technology.

We will not offer comments on matters in which we are involved or where a comment would be inappropriate, on things we do not know about, or topics where we think someone else would be better placed to comment (and we're happy to recommend others).

Neil can offer background briefings, to help you get up to speed on an issue, as well as "on the record" material which you can quote.

He prefers written media so, while he's usually happy to speak on the phone / via video, he's not a fan of radio or TV interviews.

Feel free to get in touch.

It would help if you included:

  • the publication for which you are writing / hoping to write
  • the angle you are taking
  • what you need (background, a quote, etc.)
  • your deadline

Here is what we will do with your personal data.
